250	g	Feta
1/4		Iceberg lettuce
4		Ripe Tomatoes
1		Red Onion
1/2		Cucumber
14		Black Olives
		Black Pepper - ground
DRESSING
		Wine-vinegar
		Olive oil

Chop the iceberg lettuce. Slice the onion and the tomatoes. Cut the cucumber to sticks. Put the iceberg lettuce on 2 serving plates, put the tomatoes, onion and cucumber on top of the lettuce, top with cubes of feta and black olives. Sprinkle the dressing and dash a little black pepper over the salad.
